All models are stepper-driven meaning "no wear" parts making it easier on your bottom line. For added versatility, most of our pressure sensitive labelers can be converted to either tamp-blow, wipe-on, or air-blow labeling.

Label-Aire 3015-ND Wipe-On Primary Applicator

The Model 3015-ND Wipe-On labeler delivers on its promise of speed, accuracy, ease of use, and affordability. The results are lower operating costs and increased productivity for your business.

The Label-Aire Model 3015-ND was designed for simple wipe-on labeling applications in all markets (available in either 220 Volts, 50 Hz or 115 Volts, 60 Hz configurations). Underneath the 3015-ND is an advanced labeler that comes with many standard features making it an exceptional value. Not only can the 3015-ND be easily converted to left- or right-hand use, it can also apply labels to the top, side, or bottom of products at a dispense speed of up to 1,000" (25 m) of web per minute with a label dispense accuracy of up to +/- 1/32" (.8 mm).

Label-Aire 3139/15 Wipe-On Label Applicator

The Model 3139/15 Label Applicator applies labels around any corner or two labels on adjacent panels utilizing our patented vacuumized drum. Pre-printed labels are applied utilizing the Model 3115 as the label dispenser. The 3139/15's sturdy swing arm can be configured for cartons or pallets. The heavy duty square-frame mounting stand can be bolted to the floor for added stability. Like all Label-Aire products, the 3139/15 Label Applicator is built to meticulous quality standards and designed to withstand the most intense operation.

Underneath the skin of the NEW Label-Aire® 3111-NV Air-Blow Primary Applicator is an advanced labeler that offers speed, precision, reliability, and ease of use all the things you've come to expect from Label-Aire. What you get in return is lower operating costs and increased productivity for your operation.

The Label-Aire Model 3111-NV was designed for high-speed air-blow labeling applications at a standard dispense speed of up to 1,500" (38.1 m) of web per minute or up to 2,000" (50.8 m) with the optional powered rewind. Advanced features include Velocity Compensation for improved label placement accuracy, a microprocessor controller with digital display, and ambidextrous parts. Zero Downtime Labeling allows your production to continue without costly interruptions. Missing label compensation virtually eliminates unlabeled products. Furthermore, the 3111-NV comes standard with a heavy duty double stack stepper motor—at no extra charge.
